Return & Refund policy

At Medilief Wellness, we strive to ensure that our customers receive high-quality wellness products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The product must be returned in original packaging with all labels intact.

  • The seal of the product must remain unopened.

❗ Products with opened or broken seals are not eligible for return or refund.

2. Return Request

If you wish to return a product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order with the following details:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

  • A damaged product, or

  • The wrong product

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing contact@mediliefwellness.com with clear images of the product and packaging.

We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive the returned product, it will be inspected by our team.

If the return is approved:

  • The refund will be processed within 2 working days after inspection of the returned product.

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products with opened or broken seals

  • Used or partially used products

  • Products returned without original packaging

  • Returns requested after the allowed timeframe

6. Return Shipping

Unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, the cost of return shipping may be borne by the customer.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
